If you are purchasing a mother's bracelet, a name bracelet, a family birthstone piece or would like a customer order please email us at chrisi@chrisicreations.com.

Within your email indicate the description of the item, sizing information and any custom requests. We will do our best to accommodate each customization. Each piece is handmade, so please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon request. We will notify you if there are any parts that may be backordered to delay your shipment. If a particular stone or finding is no longer available, we will contact you with other options. Prices are subject to change.

We want you to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be exchanged for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to chrisi@chrisicreations.com so we can process your request. The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Please insure returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We are unable to accept exchanges of worn or damaged merchandise. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Sales items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Jewelry should be worn with care. It is best to keep your jewelry in an air-tight container or a plastic bag. In order to maintain your jewelry you should make it a habit to accessorize last, exposure to the chemical in your beauty products or perfumes may damage your jewelry.

Liquid jewelry cleaners are only safe for our Fine Jewelry (carat gold not sterling silver), it is not safe for pieces with stones it could cause damage to them. Never use a harsh chemical dip on your jewelry. To clean your jewelry we recommend that you use a soft polishing cloth for cleaning.

We take pride and care about what we do and we want you to be satisfied. If you need any repairs or maintenance on your jewelry, we will gladly do the work at no charge for the first year (less the shipping and handling). For stone replacement, please be aware that stones vary in availability, size, shape and color, so we may need to make appropriate substitutes when necessary. After the first year you will be charged a repair fee along with stone replacement fees.

All orders will be shipped through UPS or US Mail. You have a choice of overnight, 2-day, 3-day or ground. All items are insured up to $500.00. Larger orders may require additional insurance to be purchased. Shipping quotes will be made at the time of the order.
